This document explains how Morocco Guide Smile collects, uses and protects your data when you use our platform.

The Service

Morocco Guide Smile is a booking marketplace connecting travelers with licensed Moroccan travel agencies. The agency operating each experience is responsible for its delivery, safety and quality.

Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once the agency accepts it and payment is processed. Prices are charged in euros (EUR) — other currencies are shown for reference only — and include agency services and taxes; a 5% platform service fee is added at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure unless stated otherwise on multi-day treks (72 hours). Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers must hold valid travel insurance, respect local customs and laws, follow guide safety instructions and arrive on time at meeting points.

Liability

Agencies carry professional liability insurance as required by Moroccan tourism law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
