Most activities are confirmed instantly. For tours requiring availability checks (private or multi-day tours), agencies reply within a maximum of 12 hours.
Yes - dates, traveler numbers and pickup details can be changed free of charge up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.
The exact meeting point is shown on each activity page with an interactive map. For hotel pickups, simply enter your riad or hotel name at checkout.

Yes - the price you see covers agency services, taxes and booking fees. Only a 5% platform service fee is added at checkout, always displayed before payment.
Online payments are processed in euros (EUR) — you can display prices in your own currency with the currency menu — but most agencies also welcome cash payment in MAD on arrival when choosing the “Reserve now, pay later” option.
Your card is charged only when the activity is confirmed by the agency. With Reserve Now Pay Later, nothing is charged until the day of the experience.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure for almost all experiences. Some multi-day treks require 72 hours - this is clearly indicated on each activity page.
Open your Dashboard, select the booking and click Request Refund, or contact our support. Approved refunds reach your account within 5-7 business days.
You receive a full automatic refund or a free rebooking on another date - your choice. Weather-related cancellations are always refunded 100%.
Yes - reducing travelers at least 48 hours before departure automatically refunds the difference for the removed participants.
Every agency must hold an official Moroccan tourism license, pass an on-site quality audit, maintain liability insurance and sustain a minimum 4.2 rating from real travelers.
Submit your license and activity portfolio through List Your Activity. Our partnership team verifies documents within 3 business days and helps you publish your first tours.
